Endowment Property Account – $2,000,000
The existing Property Account of the St. John’s Endowment Fund will hold these monies, and the income derived will fund property needs of the parish ten years hence and into perpetuity. The account will be managed and administered in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the St. John’s Endowment Fund. Specifically, the Endowment spending policy will ensure that the corpus of this account will be maintained with only interest payments to be withdrawn annually.
